Piknik rodzinny Grupy Polsat i Plus-a

Imagine a warm and sunny day in Warsaw, on our national object of pride – National Stadium, where the emplyees of the Polsat Group and Plus gathered along with their families.

Parents with children are waiting impatiently for attractions on one of over thirty stalls with workshops prepared especially for this day. Exactly at 11.00 Krzysztof Ibisz, Karolina Szostak, Agnieszka Popielewicz, Jan Kliment, Grzegorz Łapanowski officially welcome the first guests.
Next eight hours are filled with a blend of extreme emotions and disbelieves, through hope and expressed on many faces joy, bursts of laughter and feelings of victory alternately. Silence and noise alternately submerse and arise. Great deal of jokes, applaud and a lot of fun.

Workshop stalls and Partner stalls reward the participants’ activities and the shared play with sweet gifts. Exciting high jump by Piotr Bielak on a bike above Krzysztof Ibisz causes that the window panes due to the cheers of the audience tremble in the nearby buildings. Additionally with the help of two daredevils who are turning the eight-metre long skipping rope, the acrobat is jumping with his bicycle at an astounding pace. Everything carefully planned and brilliantly carried out with excellent contact with the audience, perfect control of the performing arts, employing the best quality and certified equipment.

The fun is enhanced by the participation of the audience, especially the youngest part of it, dancing and singing on the stage in “Must be the show”. Additionally one competition for the audience was conducted: running according to the age classification so that everyone interested in it could have fun actively spending time. Theatre workshops, collection of the waste electrical and electronic equipment and a trip around the Stadium were also organized.

On 21 June 2014 POWER Agency realized for Cyfrowy Polsat, TV Polsat, Polsat Media and the company Polkomtel a family picnic at the National Stadium.
About 7000 employees out of 10000 employees of these companies along with their families took part in the picnic. The personnel employed in the event was about 660 people, including technical support stuff, instructors, animators and Partners of the Event; the last number does not include the personnel of the National Stadium.

The POWER agency was responable for the comprehensive preparation of the event from an organizational and artistic perspective, as well as for conducting a number of attractions and workshops on the stadium property and on the adjacent green area.

Krzysztof Ibisz a well-known celebrity from TV Polsat conducted the picnic. Karolina Szostak and Agnieszka Popielewicz were reporters.

Workers along with their children took part in 100, 200, 400, 3000 metres runs, family relay race, volleyball and bossaball games, fitness and yoga classes. They participated in live cooking workshops, drama workshops, science workshops, dance lessons, painted a big picture based on earlier prepared graphics (size of the painting surface: 10 x 2 m). They could drive go-karts, they were also able to watch bicycle tricks by Piotr Bielak, ride on reverse steering bicycles and play twister. The youngest had at their disposal several dozen attractions including inflatables, as well as several children’s play areas with numerous competitions and games. For those wishing to relax also a chill-out deckchair zone was prepared.

At the end of the event De Mono gave a live concert. The band which exactly 26 years earlier played its first concert there is a living legend of the Polish music.

The POWER agency was responsible for a comprehensive organization of the picnic, Stadium branding, creative concept of the event, scenery, technical and animation setting, cooperation with the hosts and invited artists, assembly and disassembly of the attractions.
