The capital and the pearl of Latvia- Riga is situated at the mouth of Daugava. The legend says that when the building of the city is finished, it will fall into the river. Fortunately, it is far from being a completed metropolis thus Riga is full of life and encourages to become a part of it. The old city and other places which are UNESCO World Heritage Site do not accept being refused to be seen.
