When she says she has been working in “incentives” for 10 years, no one believes her. But it is true. The programs prepared by Jagoda are proof that incentives are not programs, but stories told through places, people and emotions. Jagoda believes that, just like in the times of the Brothers Grimm, fairy tales are stories for adults and she searches for such gems in every place in the world (and in Poland) to which she takes participants of her trips. And if she does not find them, she will invent them.
This “Opole girl” (by birth) is a volcano of ideas, a titan of work and has a slight obsession with logistics.
She fell in love with South Africa at first sight, but she has an invariably ardent affection for the Karkonosze Mountains.
She is hungry for the world, but her escape from everyday life is her plot and balcony, which she passionately transforms into a mini-botanical garden every year.
