On St Andrew’s Eve we had the pleasure to accompany one of our clients. The employees of the company decided to go all out and make a Polish version of the Adams Family. We won’t exaggerate stating that our client’s production was far more mysterious and murkier, and what is more, we had much more fun.
We arranged all attractions according to the event, it means St Andrew’s Eve. We suggested an original object located near the centre of Warsaw – Fortress run by Kręglicki family. Its location enables fast and convenient access, and the autumn scenery of the Traugutt Park where the restaurant is situated perfectly emphasized the evening event.
Our main goal was organizing an elegant evening party, reaching a high level of service, which will be perceived by the participants as a memorable day.
We prepared among other things:
Dresses and artistic make-up for the employees of the company.
Special scenery and musical setting (among others: illumination and the horror film music, witches, bats, countless number of candles, broken mirrors, smoke floating among all elements of scenery).
In the lateral naves of the fortress the guests could use services of a fortune-teller, cast wax into a bowl of water creating original shapes or take the opportunity to use a professional photography studio (at the party everyone was dressed up, so all photographs taken there were extremely spectacular).
Stage hypnosis show full of interactive games and surprising impressions. Apart from the hypnotist, main protagonists of this show were volunteers from the audience who under the influence of the suggestion performed various untypical tasks.
In the course of the evening the guests could entertain themselves with music performed by a cover band Drugi Tydzień and music played by a DJ.
We are convinced, that our client and the employees of the company, long after the event remembered positive emotions which accompanied that evening.
