In the March we organised for our client – Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. a culinary workshop at the Blue Cactus restaurant. It is an American restaurant, showing an influence of classical Mexican cooking, specialising in tex-mex and southwest cuisine. The restaurant has already been active on the culinary map of Warsaw for eighteen years.
Patrick Hanna coming from San Francisco, currently the chef of Blue Cactus, lead the workshop “TEACH & TEASTE” for our client. The participants were equipped with aprons bearing their names and they were assigned to previously prepared cooking stations. Under the watchful eye of the chef and his active attendance they were able to prepare among others: filo dumplings, faite with chicken, chilli con carne and apple chimichanga.
All prepared dishes were served during the supper. Mexican character of the event was additionally emphasised by stage props handed out to the guests – sombrero hats and the moustache sets. The opportunity to integrate and reinforce the relationships among the staff, the taste of Mexican dishes and great atmosphere during this soirée caused that the guests, as they assured, had a really good time. At the and of the event everyone received a blooming cactus, which let us hope, would remind all the participants about that lovely evening.
Katarzyna Wolska from Power Agency was responsible for realization of the event.
