The emotional high is over but our hearts and minds are still in Spain with the group of over 600 participants. This incentive trip had one clear goal: integration of employees from all over the world, after the pandemic period when travel and face to face meetings were impossible.

We took our guests to Costa del Sol, a lovely town of Benalmadena not far from Malaga. It is a perfect starting point to experience the biggest attractions of the region and rest on the seacoast in your off time.

During this trip we have visited Malaga for an iPad aided city game, seen Ronda, Mijas, Marbella and did a track along the spectacular Caminito del Rey gorge. Every afternoon in the hotel was full of sport and fun activities for our guests: zumba, aqua aerobic, yoga on the beach, minigolf or poker tournaments. Various sport equipment was always available. And when the sun was going down, the whole group gathered for a pool party with a DJ. 

The preparations for this projects took several months, but because of professional and meaningful cooperation with our client and the local partner we overcame all roadblock and the trip was an unequivocal success: our participants still look back fondly upon their time in Spain and the whole multinational team is integrated like never before. Job well done.
