Olga Krzemińska-Zasadzka, CEO and Managing Director of Agencja Power, President of the Management Board of SOIT, founding member of SBE, long-standing Board Member of SBE (2010–2017), SKKP, as well as SITE.

Member of the expert team of the SAR–PSML Industry Dialogue, involved in the work of the “Incentive” groups and initiator of SBE joining the “Good Tender” project.

Author of the SBE Code of Good Practice; served on the Ethics Committee of SOIT and the Ethics Committee of SBE, as well as on the Program Council of the Event Biznes conference. Co-creator of the SBE Elves charity initiative. Member of the jury panel of the international Eventex Awards competition.

As part of the Eventex Awards, she was also selected among the 100 Most Influential People in the European Event Industry. Kongres Magazine likewise recognized her in this category (Top Meetings Agencies) as one of the most influential figures in the European industry.

Ranked among the 100 Most Influential People in Polish Tourism according to the jury of the “Wasza Turystyka” portal and magazine. She received the MP Power Award in the Team-building category and was twice nominated in the “Incentive” category.

Author of numerous publications for magazines including: OOH Event, Tygrysy Biznesu, THINK MICE blog, MICE Poland, OOH Magazine, Nowy Marketing, and many others. Since its launch, she has supported the development of the “event katalog” publication.

Speaker at numerous economic and MICE industry conferences, including the European Congress of Entrepreneurship, Event-Mix Conference, Meetings Week Poland, Event Biznes Conference, and discussion panels organized by MeetingPlanner.

An enthusiast of sports, travel, and all forms of activity: from skiing and snowboarding, through diving, windsurfing and kitesurfing, to off-road driving and squash (she was Poland’s No. 2 squash player for three years; together with her team she won silver at the 2006 European Team Championships, and in 2018 she placed third at the Polish Masters Championships).

Together with a team of passionate professionals, she organizes events, incentive travel programs, training sessions, sports events, prestigious galas, conferences, and congresses throughout Poland and internationally.
